These terms apply to our website and to any service we offer. A signed proposal, quote, or contract for a specific project adds to these terms. If the two conflict, the project contract wins.
2. What services do we provide?
We describe our services on our Services page. We set the scope, timeline, and price for each project in a written proposal. Work outside that scope needs a written change request and may cost extra.
3. What do you need to provide?
You agree to give us accurate information, timely feedback, and the access we need to do the work. Delays on your side can move the delivery dates. You confirm that you own or have permission to use any content, data, and materials you give us.
4. How do quotes and payments work?
We confirm prices in writing before work starts. Unless the proposal says otherwise:
- We may require a deposit of [50%] before we begin.
- We invoice the rest at the milestones in the proposal.
- You pay each invoice within [14 days].
- Late payments may pause the work.

7. How do we handle confidentiality?
We keep your non-public business information confidential. We use it only to deliver your project. This duty does not apply to information that is public, already known to us, or required by law to be shared.
8. What do we promise about our services?
We work with professional care and skill. Technology changes fast, and results depend on many factors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as search rankings, traffic, revenue, or AI output accuracy. Our SEO and AI services give you better odds, not certainty.
9. What are the limits of our liability?
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost data, or lost business. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid us for the service that caused the claim. Some laws do not allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law permits.
10. What can you not do on our site?
You agree not to:
- Break the law or use our site for fraud.
- Attack, overload, or try to hack our site.
- Copy or resell our content without permission.
